You're limited in what you can rearrange on your Facebook profile. Prior to site wide design changes in 2010, users could move around tabs and content on the "Info" tab. As of July 2011, you can rearrange only icons in the "Arts and Entertainment," "Activities and Interests" and "Sports" sections. Additionally, you can organize "Education and Work" history by deleting all items and typing them back out in the order you want them to appear.
Navigate to facebook.com and sign in to your account.
Click the "Profile" link on the top menu. Go to the right corner of your profile and click the "Edit Profile" button.
Click a section you want to edit from the menu at the left. For example, click "Arts and Entertainment."
Left-click and hold down on the image of an item you want to move. While holding down the left mouse button drag it to the location you want it to appear. For example, if you want to make your last "Movies" item first, drag and drop it into the first spot. Click the "Save Changes" button.
Click each section and sub-section and rearrange the items as you want them organized.
Click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page for section. If you don't click this button before moving to the next section, you're changes won't save.
