In addition, there are conventional medications that can prevent the flu and related complications, and others that can ease the symptoms for a little while; nevertheless, health science researchers have noted that we still have no cure for colds or the flu. And, just as conventional medicine, herbal medicine researchers that promote health through natural practice also claim that herbal remedies can give you short-term relief as well, and a few may even help you get better. At this point, since natural / non-drug remedies can prevent the flu and alleviate the symptoms as well as conventional medications, it would be beneficial to pursue which of these herbal remedies is more promising.

Almost everyone would welcome a cup of hot herbal tea during the cold season, especially if it's medicinal and delicious at the same time.
