For centuries, humans have been searching for a magic elixir or potion that can extend life, heal sickness, and make us feel euphoric and forever young. Recent studies are beginning to show that the elusive liquid has been right under our noses the entire time. It makes up most of our planet and it makes up the majority of our bodies. The magical liquid has been with us since the beginning of time but we are only now starting to understand the wondrous qualities of H2O, better known as water.
The fluids that flow throughout our body create a sense of well being and help to keep us healthy. The human body is a water tank built to exist on minerals and water. We are made up of 72% water, 8% chemical compound combinations, and 20% solid tissue and bone. Therefore, it stands to reason that the consumption of water, or lack of consumption, will have a profound impact on the condition and state of our body. Water consumption is responsible for almost every healing process that our bodies possess.
Healing And Water
Our bodies have an amazing ability to heal themselves. Over the last decade scientists have studied that ability and it's connection to water consumption. It is in our nature to be as young and healthy as possible. We are designed to heal ourselves physically, with all the complex components of the body working in unison to achieve the healing process. When we are cut, our skin heals itself. If we break a bone or sustain any type of injury, our body immediately and instinctively begins the healing process. In every single one of these processes, there is one common denominator, water.
Blood And Water
Human blood is the very life force of the body. It delivers oxygen, nutrients and antibodies to fight bacteria and infections, whenever and wherever the body needs it most. Blood is made up of 83% water. In order for blood to do its job properly, the body must be adequately hydrated with clean, healthy water. If the hydration levels are too high or too low, or if the water is contaminated, our blood is negatively affected and practically every aspect of our health is as well.
The Brain And Water
The human brain consists of 80% water and is literally 'the brains behind the operation' that is known as the human body. It controls every single process that goes on inside us and works by constantly transmitting and receiving electrical signals through the central nervous system (CNS). The CNS is a system of intricate waterways throughout the body. The fluid in our nerves is made up almost exclusively of water and minerals. If the fluid is corrupted or impure, the electrical signals or messages may become distorted or delayed. Growing numbers of scientists believe the distortion of these messages could be the leading cause of maladies such as Attention Deficit Disorder, Alzheimer's Disease, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, or even depression and anxiety. The clarity of the signals has a huge effect on the ability to handle stress and it can even affect motor coordination. Since water plays such an important and colossal role in our brains and central nervous system, the quality of the water could be one of the biggest factors in staying healthy and extended longevity.
Energy And Water
Energy in the human body comes from a chemical compound named Adenosine Tri-Phosphate (ATP). When water, through the act of osmosis, flows through the cell membranes, hydroelectric energy and ATP are produced. The ATP is stored in pools of energy and wind up being used as chemical energy to operate and fuel our body. The mineral and water content of our contaminant free bodily fluids create the ideal setting for energy production. Water purity has a major effect on strength and energy levels. Whenever the water is impure, our body must use up a certain amount of energy and strength to lessen the negative impact of the contaminant. Water is also a key ingredient that our liver utilizes to convert fat into usable energy. Drinking lots of clean water speeds up the metabolism and assists the body in the assimilation of nutrients. The more nutrients we take in the more energy and strength we get out of them.
