You can hide stuff on your Facebook page without unfriending your friends by blocking them. You can hide your friends’ annoying or offensive posts and information directly from your news feed without letting them know that you've blocked them. Although their posts and information no longer appear in your news feed, you can see them at any time by using the search feature to visit their profiles directly.
Instructions
Step 1
Log in to your Facebook account.
Step 2
Hover your mouse over a post made by the friend whom you want to block.
Step 3
Click the “X” in the upper right corner.
Step 4
Choose “Hide All By Your Friend’s Name.” This person’s posts are now hidden from your wall. You can change the setting back to displaying the posts whenever you choose.
