How to Close Facebook Wall

Your wall on Facebook is that the center of most of your activity, wherever friends will leave you a post or comment. though this feature is unquestionably an integral a part of Facebook, no person desires it. Your wall is essentially an open house for anyone to mention no matter they require, visible to any or all of your friends, and if you are a non-public person, that will not work for you. Facebook provides you the choice to shut or disable your wall, removing the choice for friends to go away posts.

Instructions
Step 1

Navigate to Facebook.com and log in to your account.

Step 2
Click the "Account" link within the higher right corner of your homepage so click "Privacy Settings" from the menu.

Step 3
Click the "Custom" link within the left column so click the "Customize Settings" link within the bottom of the window on the correct.

Step 4

Scroll all the way down to the "Things Others Share" heading. Click the box -- that ought to say "Enabled" if your wall is active -- next to "Friends will Post On My Wall" to disable your wall. If you would like to cover all of your existing wall posts, click the tab next to "Can See Wall Posts By Friends." Click "Custom" so click the tab beneath "Make This Visible To." choose "Only Me" so click "Save Settings."
