You can simply link Facebook along with your WordPress journal using the Notes application. Once designed, Notes will automatically import your WordPress journal posts into individual entries inside the Notes application. every new Notes entry is announce to your Facebook wall and seeable from your friend's news feeds.
Instructions

Sign into your Facebook account.
Step 2
Click "Profile" then click "Notes."
Step 3
Click "Write a Note" then click "My Notes" within the left sidebar.
Step 4
Click "Edit Import Settings" within the left sidebar.
Step 5
Type your WordPress journal address within the "Web address" text box and click on the check box beside "By coming into a URL, you represent that you simply have the proper to allow US to breed this content on the Facebook website which the content isn't obscene or black." Click the "Start Importing" button
