Professional Organization Pamphlet

Creating a pamphlet is an effective way to promote your business. In a professional pamphlet, you can pack a lot of information in a relatively small space. If you have a computer, you can easily create a pamphlet at home. A professional brochure must be eye-catching and easy to read; it shouldn't look like you just slapped it together. With careful planning, you can create a pamphlet that will get people's attention.

Plan your brochure before you create it. Decide what kind of message you want the pamphlet to convey, and the type of audience you want to direct your message to. Think about the colors and design you want your pamphlet to have. Write your ideas about the information and design of your pamphlet on a blank sheet of paper.

Create a pamphlet with a publishing or word processing program on your computer. These programs come with templates that make the design process easier. Choose a template that is simple, so it doesn't distract your readers from the message.

Add all the appropriate information in your pamphlet. Place the headline on the front page and the opening paragraph and body paragraph on the inside of the pamphlet. Use bold subheadings often throughout your pamphlet, so readers don't have to read your pamphlet word for word to understand the message. Avoid using jargon or language that may offend your readers.

Replace template images with your own pictures. Add pictures that help reinforce your message, and always put captions under your pictures. For example, if you want to promote a new product in your pamphlet, add pictures of attractive people using the product.

Include your contact information at the end of the pamphlet. Add your name, address, phone number, website and email address.
