Change Your Facebook Template

Various types of Internet websites offer free templates for Facebook. When you want to make changes to your Facebook page, you can use the website's layout editor to help you make a new custom Facebook template. Use the layout editor's features to help you add stunning graphics, photographs, animations, multiple pages and menus on your new Facebook template. You may need to sign up or register for an account to use the website's Facebook layout service.

Use a free Facebook layout service such as Fbskins, Page Rage, Webfetti or Hot Layout World to design a custom template for your Facebook page.

Click the "Login/Register" button on the website's homepage and then click the "Sign up" hyperlink. Enter your user name in the "Username" text box. Create a password and enter your information in the "Password" text box. Provide your email address and enter it in the "Email" text box. Click the "Register" button when you're done.

Go back to the Facebook layout service home page and enter your user account information. Click the "Login" hyperlink. Enter your user name and password into the appropriate text boxes, then press the "Login" button.

Scroll down the page and select a category from the Facebook template menu list. After you have found a Facebook layout or template you want to use, click on the "Select Layout" hyperlink. A Facebook login pop-up box will appear on your desktop.

Enter your email address in the "Email" text box and then enter your password in the "Password" text box. Click the "Log In" button.

Click the "Allow" button when the "Request For Permission" pop-up box appears. When the Facebook layout plugin pop-up box appears on your desktop, click the "Save" button. Look for the Facebook layout plugin on your desktop. Double-click it to install the file on your computer.

Go to Facebook.com and log onto your user account. Enter your user account information. Enter your email address in the "Email" text box, then enter your password in the "Password" text box. Click the "Log In" button. Click the "Profile" hyperlink near the top of the Web page. You will see your new Facebook template layout on the page.
