Enable Location Enabler in Facebook

Facebook Places is a feature available for the Facebook App on the iPhone, Blackberry, Android, HP webOS and Windows 7. The feature allows you to check in to businesses, events and organizations and share this information with your friends and family in your network. In order to use the Facebook Places, you must enable the locations services of your phone. The location services acts as a GPS tracking device to determine your exact location.


Press the "Main" menu key of your phone.

Press "Settings."

Press "Location Services" to the "On" position.

Press the "Facebook" app icon from the Main menu.

Press the "Places" icon.

Press the business that best matches your current location.
