A Facebook wall is a place on your profile that allows you and your friends to post and share information. Sometimes, however, people can post multiple things on your wall or even post embarrassing pictures, videos and comments. If you deleted many of your wall posts, unfortunately Facebook does not allow you to recover them. You can, however, find old wall posts elsewhere, such as notifications, notification emails and sometimes in Facebook smartphone applications.
Log in to your Facebook on a computer. Click "Notifications" on the upper-left corner of the page. Read through the notifications to see if any wall post notifications include the text of the wall post.
Log in to the email account you use for Facebook. Type "Facebook" in the account's search bar to search your email for any from Facebook. Read through emails for wall post notifications -- when Facebook emails you that someone posted on your wall, it includes the text he posted.
Log into Facebook on a smartphone application. Open your profile and scroll through your wall posts. On some versions of smartphone applications, deleted wall posts may still be visible, even though they are not on your profile anymore.
