Fans of TV shows, movies, pop stars and celebrities create Facebook fan pages to discuss their enthusiasm and share relevant content with other fans. Facebook deletes fan pages that breach its terms and conditions -- for example, if they run third-party ads or promote illegal activity -- and fan page administrators can also delete their pages if they wish to do so. Facebook cannot restore a fan page if a page administrator deleted it; however, it can restore a page that was mistakenly deleted for violating terms and conditions.
Log in to your Facebook account.
Type "facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=page_disabled" into your Web browser's address bar and press "Enter." This opens the "My Facebook Page was Disabled" online form.
Enter the name of the deleted fan page into the "Disabled Page Name" input field.
Type the URL of the fan page into the "Page URL" input field. This address appears in your Web browser's address bar when you access the page. It should still appear when you attempt to access the deleted fan page.
Enter details about your affiliation or links to the individual or organization to which the fan page is dedicated in the final input field. For example, state if you officially represent the organization or manage the individual concerned. Leave this field blank if it's not applicable.
Click the blue "Submit" button. Facebook will contact you at your registered email address to ask for more details. Respond with full details about why you believe your Facebook fan page was deleted in error.
