If you come across an interesting or funny element on your computer or on the Internet, and want to share it with friends and family, you can easily take a screenshot of it and post it on your Facebook profile. The built-in Snipping Tool in Windows Vista and 7 makes this simple, although you can also take screenshots using an older version of Windows.
Click "Start," "All Programs," "Accessories" and "Snipping Tool."
Click and drag your mouse to form a rectangle or square around the item you want to take a screenshot of. Click on the "Save" icon and save the file to your desktop.
Sign in to your Facebook account, then click on "Profile" and "Photos."
Click on "Upload Photos," then select the screenshot you saved. Click on "Upload," then click "Done."
Name the album you want to add the photo to, or select an existing album to publish the photo to your Facebook profile.
