If you use a number of third party applications, or have many friends, it's possible your Facebook wall can become quite cluttered with wall posts. Many of these posts may be spam. Unfortunately, there's no easy fix for a messy Facebook wall. You'll need to manually remove each wall post. You cannot remove all the posts at once.
Sign in to Facebook, and click on "Profile" to access your wall.
Scroll down and browse through the wall posts. When you see a wall post you want to remove, hover your cursor over the right corner of the post. An "x" will appear. Click on "Remove Post" to delete it from your wall permanently.
Repeat the process for each wall post you want to delete until you reach the bottom of the page. Click on "Older Posts" to view more wall posts.
Make note of any applications posting excessively on your wall. You'll see the application's name beneath the specific wall posts. Click on "Account" then "Privacy Settings." Click on "Edit" beneath "Apps and Websites." Click on "Remove" next to the application for which you want to revoke publishing privileges.
Remove the ability of others to post on your wall to keep your Facebook wall clean in the future. Click on "Account" then "Privacy Settings." Deselect the "Friends Can Post on My Wall" feature.
