Facebook Pages are specialized Facebook profiles for businesses, organizations and famous persons. When viewing a Facebook Page, a friend can "suggest" the page to you if they think you'd be interested in it. This "suggestion" can come to you in one of two ways: as a post on your Facebook Profile page or as a Facebook Message. You can remove a page suggestion from your Facebook Profile page in just a few steps.
Sign in to your Facebook account at Facebook.com.
Click the "Profile" link near the top right corner of the page.
Hover over the page suggestion you wish to delete from your Profile page and click the "x" that appears in the top right corner of the item to remove it. If the page suggestion is not on your Profile page but in your Facebook Messages inbox, move on to Step 4.
Click the Messages icon near the Facebook logo at the top of the screen (the icon with chat bubbles). When the message drop-down box opens, click "See All Messages."
Delete a page suggestion from your Facebook Messages inbox by clicking the "x" on the right side of the suggestion.
