If you've been trying to contact the administrator of a Facebook business, artist or other entity page, then you already know that it may be more difficult than contacting someone who has a regular personal profile. According to Inside Facebook, that's because Facebook wants to encourage people to use the page's wall, which translates into more "buzz" on the page by displaying more communications. So as of 2011, you'll have to rely on the public areas of Facebook, or look at the business' other online platforms to communicate with the administrator of a page.
Log in to your Facebook account with your username and password.
Navigate to the page you want to contact.
Click on "Info" on the left hand side of the page. This will take you to any additional information that the page administrator has elected to share with the public. Many times, that includes an email address or website. If there's an email listed, chances are it belongs to the person who manages the page. Copy the email and send them a message.
Open a new tab and navigate to any websites listed in the "Info" section of the business' page. On the site, look for an "About" or "Contact Us" tab, which often provides contact information for the marketing team or other administrative people for the business.
Click "Wall" on the left hand side of the Facebook Info page. This will take you back to the business page wall. Type a message into the "Write something" box, then click "Share." The administrator of the page will be able to see your message the next time they log in.
