Facebook allows users to connect with family, coworkers and friends new and old. Users can send messages to friends, post events, share status updates and comment on friends' walls. The built-in copy-and-paste function of Windows computers also works on Facebook. Members of the site can copy favorite or important text and paste it into their profile page or on a friend's profile page.
