Each time you post to or edit your Facebook profile, the post appears as recent activity on your friends' News Feed page. Your recent activity includes any posted links, changes in your relationship status, edits to your profile, game postings and comments to your profile or a friend's profile. If you do not want your friends to see your recent activity, you can hide the recent activity posts from your profile, which also removes the posts from your friends' News Feed page.
Sign in to your Facebook account. Facebook directs you to your News Feed page automatically.
Click "Profile" in the upper-right corner of the News Feed page.
Hover your mouse over a posting or activity that you want to delete.
Click the "X" in the upper-right corner of the post.
Click "Remove Post" to permanently delete the post from your wall or click "Hide all Wall Post Activity" to hide all posts displaying Wall conversations with other people.
