One way Facebook affords you for staying in touch with people in your "Friends" list is sharing photos and videos, media your friends can then share with others if you've been "Tagged" in a given photo or video. Prevent your friends from sharing videos you post if you wish to keep content you post visible only to your immediate circle of friends.
Sign into your Facebook account. Click the "Account" menu at the top, right corner of the screen and click "Privacy."
Move your mouse over the "Sharing on Facebook" pane. Click "Customize Settings," a link located near the bottom of the pane.
Click the "Edit Settings" button next to "Photos and Videos You're Tagged In." Click "Customize," then select "Only Me" from the drop-down menu and click "Save Setting." Now, only you can share photos and videos your tagged in with others.
