Facebook members are required to use the names they're known by in real life. It's against Facebook's terms to have more than one account, to impersonate someone else, to use another person's pictures, to use a fake name or to pretend to be a fictional person. It's also against the terms to create a Facebook page for an organization or brand without proper authority. You can report fake profiles and Facebook will investigate the allegations.
