If your existing website or blog uses an RSS feed, you can quickly add it to your Facebook "Notes" page. This is a non-intrusive way to share all of your website's posts with some or all of your Facebook friends without posting daily links to content on your website. The RSS feed you import into your Facebook account must be from a website you own, or Facebook will disable your entire account.
Log into Facebook using your email address and password.
Select the "Notes" link from the menu and click on the "My Notes" link.
Click "Edit import settings" under the "Subscribe" menu on the left side of the window.
Enter your website's RSS feed in the "Web URL" box. Agree to the terms of service and click "Start Importing." Facebook will begin importing all of the posts from your RSS feed. Once Facebook has finished importing the feed, click "Continue" to finish.
