Facebook allows users to hide status updates coming from specific friends, pages or applications. By hiding status updates, friends, pages and applications still remain in the friends or "likes" lists but their status updates do not appear in your news feed. This action effectively ignores the other user or page without unfriending or unliking. If you have placed someone on ignore and now wish to receive status updates from that person in your news feed, you can remove the person from the "Hide posts from" list.
Log into your Facebook account.
Navigate to the top of your news feed and click the drop-down arrow next to the "Most Recent" link.
Select "Edit options" from the drop-down list.
Locate the friend you wish to un-ignore in the "Hide posts from" list and click the "X" next to his name.
Click the blue "Save" button to save your changes.
