How to Use Marquee in Outlook

If you use Microsoft Outlook as your email client, there are various problems with hypertext markup language (HTML) emails. Microsoft Outlook 2007 and Microsoft Outlook 2010 replaced the traditional web-rendered HTML support, in favor of HTML rendered by Microsoft Word. This means that all text formatting is, by default, rich text format, and so you cannot write proper HTML. The marquee tag is not replicable in Outlook 2007 and 2010. If you use Microsoft Outlook 2003, however, then you can use it.

Open Outlook 2003.

Click Tools" and "Options." Click "Mail Format." Click the "Compose" drop-down and select "HTML." Deselect "Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit email messages" and click "Apply."
