Switch to Gmail Basic HTML when you use unsupported browsers. View Gmail on a mobile device by choosing Gmail Basic HTML after signing onto the website.
Navigate through Gmail by clicking on "Account Options," "Labels," "Inbox," "Contacts," "Labels" and any other link presented.
Press "I" to go to your inbox, "C" to compose a message, "R" to reply to a message, "A" to reply to all and "F" to forward a message.
Open and read messages like you would in the normal Gmail view. If you're using a mobile device, make sure you highlight each function or link before pressing "Enter" or its equivalent.
Delete messages by checking the box next to the email messages and clicking "Delete."
