Dribble Basketball Between Your Legs

Many players in basketball dribble between their legs as they focus on the court action in front of them. Dribbling is also a great way to elude a defender.

Stand with your feet staggered about shoulder-width apart, with the toes of your back foot even with the heel of your front foot.

Hold the ball in your dominant hand.

Bend your knees a touch.

Bounce the ball to a spot directly underneath you so that it bounces up on the other side of you.

Contact the ball with your other hand, returning the ball to the front by bouncing the ball at the same spot.

Keep a continuous motion front-to-back-to-front until you feel comfortable, and can do it without looking.
