Ways Of Leveling Up In ESO

Unlike in other games where your level is determined by the number of skill increases that you have, your level in ESO is determined by the amount of experience that you gain. Although, gaining experience can be challenging, there are a number of ways in which you can go about it. Here are some of the ways:

Questing

This is one of the best ways of earning a lot of experience. The good side is that quests are very easy to do and all you need to do is to follow the arrows associated with your quest and complete them. Once you complete a quest you are awarded with XP, gold and other items.

There are many quests that you can complete. For example, there are general quests that you pick from NPCs across Tamriel. There are also guild quest lines that give you a lot of experience and rewards.

When completing the quests you should note that the more demanding quests tend to give you higher rewards; therefore, you should not go for quick and easy quests only; you should also try the harder ones.

Killing enemies

Here you need to explore outside big cities and kill any enemies that you come across. You should note that you tend to gain more XP when you kill enemies that are at a higher level than your character. For ideal results, you should aim at killing any creatures and foes that are 1 to 2 levels above your character.

Other than exploring the big cities looking for enemies, you should also participate in full-scale wars. Since you will be able to kill many creatures in the wars, you will get loads of rewards.

Collecting Skyshards

Although, they are new to the Elder scrolls universe, they play a huge role in helping you to level up fast. For you to collect them you need to search for them all over the world.

Here you need to keep your eyes and ears out. The good side is that they make a ringing sound and shine very brightly; therefore, it's easy to spot them from a distance.

Once you see a Skyshard, you should activate it by clicking on it in order to harness its power. Once you have a set of three Skyshards, you will have a point to spend. To keep track of the number of Skyshards that you have you only need to look at your skills and abilities menu.
