An HTML file is the saved document form of a website. This allows you to view the website without actually logging onto the Internet (although if the website has applied updates since you saved the document the changes do not appear on the HTML file). If you want another individual to view the HTML but don't want to add a link to the message you may attach the HTML file to the email message.
Log on to your email account and choose to create a new message.
Type in the title, the addresses for who the message is to and add in any text you want in the email body window.
Click "Attach" and a search window appears on the screen. Choose the HTML file and click "OK." After a moment the HTML file is added to the email. Click "Send" and the message is sent to the recipient with the attached HTML file.
