So, let’s ignore that the Patriots have defeated the Colts in the teams’ last six head-to-head matchups. Let’s ignore that the Pats have hung at least 42 points on the Colts each of the last four times they’ve played, and that New England has outscored Indianapolis 189-73 in those games. And let’s also ignore that Brady’s four-game suspension related to Deflategate was vacated last month in federal court. Because if we ignore those things, it’ll at least make this attempt — to be fair, not all Colts fans are onboard with the idea — to taunt Brady and the Patriots seem far less stupid. OK, maybe it won’t.
