Although Facebook is a popular place to put your pictures, it's easy for someone to save copies to a hard drive and use them elsewhere. You can't use Facebook features to stop people from downloading your pictures -- once your pictures are up and visible, anyone can download them. However, you can hide the pictures and only allow certain people to see them, making it impossible for others to know that the pictures are on your Facebook page, thereby effectively keeping them from downloading your photos and images.
Log in to your Facebook account.
Click on your username to access your profile.
Click "Photos." This takes you to your photo album.
Click the photo you want to hide. When the full-size image appears, click the "Share" link, open the drop-down menu at the right side of the window and choose the group with whom you want to share. Leaving it as "Public" means that anyone can see and download the photo.
