Depending on your privacy settings, all of your Facebook friends may be able to post on your personal Wall. This Wall can then end up cluttered with posts, notifications from apps, links, photos, videos and more. You do not need to leave these items on your Wall after your friends post them there. If you prefer a sparse, tidy Wall, you can remove anything that you do not wish to appear.
Sign in to Facebook and then navigate to your Wall.
Find an item you wish to remove from your Facebook Wall. Move your cursor over this item to make an "X" appear in its upper-right corner.
Click the "X" that appeared. Depending on the type of item you are getting rid of, you may have several options. For a post from a friend, for example, you can "Remove Post" or "Report Post or Spam." For information about the fact that you posted to a friend's Wall, you can "Remove Post" or "Hide All Comment Activity."
Click the option that best suits your preferences for the item or item type you are removing. This prompts Facebook to ask if you are sure you wish to do so. Click "Hide All," "Remove," "Revoke" or a similar button to confirm your choice.
