Making a jersey is easy on Facebook, the virtual home of thousands of applications. While you cannot wear your Facebook jersey, you can download the image and display it as your profile picture proudly for all to see. You can also use it as an avatar on forums, print it out and pin to a shirt or use as wallpaper for your computer. One application and a few minutes is all it takes to make your own jersey on Facebook.
Log in to your Facebook profile and install the Facebook application "Make Your Jersey" at Apps.facebook.com/makeyourjersey. Click "Allow" to install the application to your profile.
Choose the sport the jersey will represent. Your options are football (soccer), European club and international; basketball, international and NBA; American football (NFL); baseball (MLB); and the Asia Football Cup 2011. Select the country or player's jersey to mimic.
Enter the name to display on the back of the jersey. The application will suggest a few possibilities. Type the number you want on the jersey.
Choose publishing options and click continue. The jersey is complete and will be published to your wall and friends' news feeds, according to your publishing options.
