Facebook's Groups feature allows you to chat and share content with a certain group of friends on the service. Some Facebook groups are open, so that anyone can see what is posted and who is in the group. Facebook groups can also be closed, requiring an invitation for membership. You can learn how to invite group members to a Facebook group in just a few steps.
Log in to Facebook at Facebook.com.
Click your group's title on the left side of the News Feed screen.
Click the "Add Friends to Group" link located under the Members section on the right side of the screen.
Enter the name of a friend you'd like to make a member of your group.
Click the "Add" button. You've successfully invited a new group member to a group on Facebook.
