On the homepage for a particular Facebook photo album, people can click the "like" button to show that they enjoy your album. To make an album public so anyone can "like" it, the privacy settings for that album must be set to allow all people to view it, even people who are not Facebook friends with the album creator.
Login to Facebook.
Click on your profile and click on "Photos" to view your photo albums.
Click on the photo album that you want to make public.
Click "Edit Album." Click on the drop-down menu to the right of "Privacy." The drop-down menu will show your privacy setting options for that album. To make the album public so anyone can "like" the album, select "Everyone." Any person can view that album and "like" the album.
