Make Separate Album for Group on Facebook

Facebook groups offer closed platforms for members to communicate with each other about shared interests. With different communication and notification options, Facebook groups allow you to share content with select members simultaneously in one place. You can upload and share group albums with just a few clicks.

Group Albums
Facebook group members upload photo albums to share and connect with each other. Photos can be uploaded individually or as albums and can be used to showcase group events and members' pictures. With each group album upload, all members receive notification. Since all members enjoy uploading privileges, group albums become shared albums and collaboration is often encouraged.

Creating Group Albums
Sign in to your Facebook account using your email address and password. Click the name of the group from the list that appears in the left sidebar of your homepage; click the "See All" link to view a complete list of all groups if it is not listed. Click the "Photo" link at the top of the group's main page next to the "Share" option and click the "Create An Album" option. Click the "Select Photos" button that appears in the resulting dialogue box and follow prompts to select and upload photos from your directory. Include an optional album name and location and select the "Create Album" button. The album will post to the group wall.

Group Album Privacy
Facebook's privacy features allow you to control the visibility of the content you post on Facebook. Photos you post on group pages are visible only to group members, which allows you to prevent people without group privileges from accessing personal photos. Only group members can be tagged in group photos. Also, while non-group members are unable to post photos to group albums, anyone with group membership status can post and share photos with the group.

Accessing Group Albums
Sign in to your Facebook account using your email address and password. Click the name of the group from the list that appears in the left sidebar of your homepage. Click the "See All" link to view a complete list of all groups if it is not listed. Select the "View Photos" link that appears in the right column of the group's main page. Scroll through the photos and albums that appear on the resulting page and click on a thumbnail to enlarge, tag and share the photo.
