Move Facebook photos from a group to a fan page so that people interested in the topic, but who aren't members of the group, are able to see them. Download photos you want on the page from the group. Afterwards, upload them to a new or existing album on the fan page. Although it's possible to transfer photos directly from one album to another on a standard Facebook profile, this functionality is not available for groups or pages.
Log into Facebook and go to the group. Locate the photo or photos you want to use on the page and click each individually.
Select the "Download" button and save each photo to a location on your computer's hard drive. Input the name of the page into the Facebook "Search" bar and hit enter.
Choose "Photos" underneath the group's name and profile picture. Select "Upload Photos" to create a new album for the photos you move. Alternatively, click the name of an existing album and choose "Add Photos" to add photos to the album. Navigate to the folder where you saved the photos, select all of them and click "Open."
Wait for the photos to upload, then caption and tag them. Choose "Publish" to notify the page's fans of the upload.
