Many Facebook members use the site to stay in touch will friends. When you create a Facebook account, you're required to provide your date of birth. Depending on your profile settings, however, you may have selected to hide your birthday information on your profile page. If your birthday is not displayed, you can edit your profile page. Depending on your preference, you can choose to display your full date of birth or the month and day of your birthday. After editing your settings, your birthday will be visible to your Facebook friends.
Open your preferred Web browser, go to Facebook and log in to your personal account.
Click the "Edit My Profile" link, which is located next to your profile photo on the top left side of the page. The "Edit Profile" page will appear and your basic information will be displayed.
Click the drop-down menu that is located under your birth date. Depending on your preference, you can choose the "Show my full birthday in my profile" or "Show only month and day in my profile" option. Select your preferred option.
Click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page to save your new profile setting.
