Whether it's for discussing your favorite celebrity or swapping recipe tips, Facebook groups allow like-minded users to come together in one place to talk about shared interests. Each Facebook group has an administrator who sets up the group page with certain permissions. Some Facebook groups allow members to post links to external websites and online content, while others don't permit this. You can post a link to Facebook group pages that have enabled this feature with the "Share" tool at the top of the group's homepage.
Launch your Web browser, and sign in to your Facebook account.
Find the list of groups that you've joined in the menu on the left under the profile picture on your Facebook homepage.
Click the link for the group page on which you want to post the link.
Click the "Link" button on the "Share" tool at the top of the group page. If you can't see a "Link" option, it means the group administrator has disabled this option.
Type the full link address, including the "http://www" portion, into the input field. Click the "Attach" button.
Type a message or description for the link in the "Say Something About This Link" input field.
