Your Facebook News Feed shows status updates and activity for all your Facebook friends. Facebook users with a lot of friends will find that their News Feed gets cluttered up quickly. To organize your Facebook profile, you can hide posts for friends who post frequently or that you don't necessarily want to be updated on. You can always go directly to your friend's profile to view their status updates if need be.
Go to the Facebook website. Log in to your Facebook profile using your username and password.
Scroll to a post for the friend you want to hide in your News Feed.
Click on the "X" in the top right corner of the post. Choose an option. You can hide individual posts or you can hide all the posts by that particular friend.
