Combine Multiple Google Voice Accounts

Google Voice is the call forwarding service created by Google which allows phone calls and text messages sent to one phone number to be forwarded to multiple phones. To combine Google Voice accounts you could set one Google Voice number to forward to another Google Voice number, you could sign in to both accounts at the same time in a Web browser; you could forward calls from multiple Google Voice numbers to a single phone; or you could forward voicemail notifications from multiple Google Voice accounts to a single email address. Text messages can only go to one mobile phone.

Log in to your Google Voice account in your Web browser at the site Voice.Google.com. Click on
the gear icon in the upper right corner of the window and then click on "Voice Settings."

Click on the "Account" tab and then click on "Google Account Settings." Next to "Multiple Sign-in" click "Edit." Select "On" and then check the boxes next to the confirmations. Click "Save" when you're done. Click on your Google Account in the top right of the window and then click "Sign in to Another Account." Enter the login information for your second Google Voice account. You can now access both accounts by selecting them from the drop-down menu at the top right of the Google Voice screen.

Click on "Add another Phone" at the bottom of the "Phone" tab. Choose an option from the "Phone Type" drop-down menu that is not "Mobile." Type in the phone number where you want your Google Voice calls forwarded. Click "Save." Click on the Google Account in the top right and switch to the second Google Voice account. Repeat the process for adding the phone. Both Google Voice accounts will be combined in forwarding to that one phone number.

Click on the "Voicemail & Texts" tab. Check the box next to "Email the Message to" and then click "Add a New Email Address." Enter the address associated with your second Google Voice account. Click on the Google Account drop-down menu in the upper right corner and switch to the other account. Repeat the process to send email notifications from the second Google Voice account to the first Google Voice email address.

Use the drop-down menu in the upper right to switch to the secondary Google Voice account. Click on the "Phones" tab and then click "Add a Phone" again. Select the type as either "Work" or "Home." Type in your primary Google Voice number. Click "Save." This will forward all of the calls from your secondary number to the primary number.
