Have Full Soft Punching Bag

Training for boxing is a long and arduous process. It’s a test of strength and endurance. When boxers are developing their punching skills, they often use equipment like speed bags or punching bags. If you’re new to boxing, and you aren’t really conditioned to take a beating, you might face some serious issues with your knuckles and joints. When their first getting into the sport, many people will use an inflatable punching bag. Inflatable punching bags are still full-sized bags, but offer a much softer target for your fists.

Fill up the base. The water receptacle on the base is located at the bottom. You will be filling up the base while holding the unit itself upside down. Fill up the base all the way and then replace the nozzle on the base. It would be best to do this while the base is on the ground. It’s going to get pretty heavy if you try and hold it.

Connect your pump. If you’re using an Everlast inflatable bag, it should come with a foot pump that connects with the upper part of the punching bag. If it isn’t an Everlast bag, you’ll need an air pump with an air needle on it.

Inflate the bag. Inflate the bag until the bag is upright and all of the wrinkles are straightened out.

Hit the bag. The water base of the inflatable punching bag allows the bag to spring right back up after absorbing a blow. It will give you a good workout and teach you to control the speed and accuracy of your punches.
