Change Color of Text on Email

Email storage issues and basic record keeping sometimes make it necessary to print an email and keep a hard copy of it. However, not every email is sent with standard black ink. Further, not every printer has color ink installed. If you need to print an email and the text is some color other than black, you need to change the text to black.

Highlight the text of the email by clicking your mouse at the end of the last word in the email and dragging your mouse up over the text of the message until every word is selected.

Press "Control" and "C" to copy the text. Alternatively, you can click the right mouse button and select the "Copy" option.
