Many email users have messages delivered directly to an email program on the computer, smart phone or PDA instead of checking email using the service provider's website. If you are away from your own computer or device and need to check your email, you can do so by entering your email address and password into your provider's website. The website you use will depend on what email service you use.
Checking Your Gmail Email
Go to the GMail website.
Enter your GMail email address in the "Username" box.
Type your password into the "Password" box.
Click "Sign In" to view your email.
Checking Your Hotmail Email
Go to the Hotmail website.
Type your Hotmail email into the "Windows Live ID" box.
Type your password into the "Password" box.
