In addition to allowing you to send and receive electronic mail messages, your Yahoo email account also allows you to keep track of the email addresses of those you frequently communicate with. This is called your "Contact" list. If you want to import contact information into your Yahoo account, you can copy and paste them from whatever other email account you use.
Open your web browser.
Go to Yahoo.com. Click "Sign In" to log into your Yahoo.com email address.
Click "Address Book" to bring up your Yahoo email address contact information.
Click the "Add Contact" button.
Highlight the address book information you want to copy into Yahoo from within whichever program you previously used to keep track of your contact information. Right-click on the highlighted text and click "Copy." Then, right-click on the Yahoo contact box you have open on screen and click "Paste."
