Yahoo! Mail has gotten a face lift. Yahoo! occasionally allows users to preview products prior to the release of the final versions. This allows users to provide feedback while the products are still in the beta, or experimental, stages. In October 2010, Yahoo! updated their email system to be faster and more efficient. However, if you wish to use a more familiar, older form of Yahoo! Mail or are experiencing difficulties with Beta Mail, you can change the viewing settings on your account.
Navigate to the Yahoo! Mail login website.
Sign in using your Yahoo! ID and password.
Click the "Help" icon located in the top left corner of the Beta Mail screen.

Select "Return to Original Mail" in the drop-down menu.
Complete the feedback form. Click the "Continue" button. The page will reload with the previous version of Yahoo! Mail.
