Update Your Yahoo Mailing List

Mailing lists let users send recurring messages to multiple people without having to constantly re-enter email address. This comes in handy for websites or companies that want to send newsletters. Yahoo Mail comes with this function, allowing users to create groups and send emails to everyone included in that group.

Open your browser and log in to your Yahoo Mail account by entering your username and password. After logging in, you'll be directed to your email account. Check the resources section for a link to the log-in page.

Click on the "Contacts" tab located on the top left side of your screen after you log in to Yahoo Mail. This will bring you to a menu displaying all of your contacts.

Click on "Add Category" and then type in the name of the category and type in the name that you'd like to call your mailing list. Then click "Save."

Add contacts to the category by checking the box next to a contact's email address and then clicking "Add to Category." Select the category you'd like the contacts to be added to in order to finish adding the contacts to the category. Repeat this step to continue updating your mailing list.

Delete contacts from a category by clicking the drop-down menu "View All Contacts." Select the mailing list's name. This will open up the contacts associated with the category. Place a check mark in the box next to the contact(s) you want to delete, then click "Remove From Category" in order to finish removing them from the category. This step can also be repeated to continually update your mailing list.
