If you've experienced an online chat or sent a text or a status update, then you're probably more than familiar with the "emoticons" that people use to convey certain emotions or ideas. While you can create some of them with the keys on your keyboard, others require copying and pasting or saving them to your computer. If you're looking to add a "muscle" symbol to a message or a status update, you'll need to find an image that you can save and then share.
Locate a site that contains a muscle image that you want to use. The type of muscle image you get and where you get it from is up to you; but one place to start could be the "Skype Emoticons" website, which includes a "muscle" image.
Right-click the muscle image you want to use and save it to your computer.
Log in to Facebook with your username and password, and then navigate to the "Write something" box.
Click the "Add Photo" icon, and then click "Browse." Select the muscle image from the files or folders on your computer.
Type in a message in the "Write something box," once the image is loaded to your status update. Click "Share" to send it to your News Feed.
