Use a Google calendar as a place to record homework deadlines, project management goals or social event details. The Google app supports custom views, text message reminders and keyboard shortcuts that you can use to navigate to the areas of the calendar that you want to print. You will need to use Adobe Acrobat 6.0.1 and later editions to print Google calendars without running into trouble. Calendars that feature lots of details and events may need to print on multiple pages for better viewability.
Select the calendar you wish to print by clicking on it. You may view the calendars that are available for printing within the calendar list, which resides on the left side of the Google Calendar page.
Reveal the section of the calendar that needs printing. Select a "Day," "Week," "Month" or "4 Days" view as necessary. You may also select "Agenda" to print a chronological list of your calendar's information.
Move your mouse to the "Print" link and click. A "Calendar Print Preview" window should appear.
View the calendar before you print it from within the print preview area. Confirm that it contains the details and dates that you want to print.
Choose the calendar's print orientation. Your options include "Auto," "Landscape" and "Portrait." Select the landscape option if you want the calendar as wide as the horizontal area of your printer paper.
Click the "Print" button to send the Google Calendar to your printer, or "Save As" to print the calendar at a later time. Select "Cancel" if you discover that you are printing the wrong calendar and need to begin again.
