Upload Photos From Google to Facebook

Many people on Facebook change their picture icon on a regular basis. Rather than trying to take your own pictures of all the different things you want to use for your Facebook picture, do a Google search to find pictures already uploaded onto the site. Grab one of these pictures to use for the week until you change it to a collection of colorful balloons, or whatever your next preference may be.

Do a Google search for the item you want to use as your identifying icon. Type the name of the generic item into the search box, like "British cat" or "Underdog cartoon."

Look at the upper-left corner of the page, and click the link for images. You will be taken to a page with nothing but photos of British cats or Underdog cartoons.

Scroll down the page until you find a picture you like. Left click on this picture. You will be taken to the page where this picture is posted, along with a hovering popup of the picture itself.

Right click on the popup image. Choose "Save Image As." Your picture will be saved. Name the picture something that will help you remember it, like BritishCat or MyUnderdog. Click the "Save" button to save and name your photo.

Go to your Facebook page. Click the "Profile" link at the top of the page. Look at the left column on your profile page; click the link for photos. On the upper right of the page, you will see a link to upload photos. Click this link.

Choose your photo from the photo album on your computer where it is stored. Choose or name the album in which you will store the photo on Facebook. Click "Done" to complete the task and view your album.
