Copy & Paste Text Into Webmail

Webmail allows you to check emails remotely. You can sign up for a webmail account that's specific to your domain, such as email@your-domain.com, through a Web hosting provider, and read messages in SquirrelMail, RoundCube or Horde. RoundCube and Horde let you switch between HTML and plain text mode, so you can paste formatted or unformatted text. SquirrelMail requires a plug-in for formatted text and text is pasted in plain text by default.

Find the text you want to copy and highlight it. Press "Ctrl" and "C" on your keyboard to copy it.

Enter your webmail address into the address bar of your Qeb browser and log in to webmail.

Create a new message where you want the copied text to go.

Go to your email header. To paste the text as formatted text in RoundCube, select "HTML" for the "Editor type." In Horde, click "Switch to HTML composition." To paste the text in plain or unformatted text in RoundCube, select "Plain text" for the "Editor type." In Horde, click "Switch to plain text composition." Proceed to the next step if you're using SquirrelMail.

Compose your email as you would normally. Place the insertion point where you want the copied text to go. Press "Ctrl" and "V" to paste your text in webmail.
