Custom Email Signature Tag

Custom email tags, also called signatures or postscripts, let you automatically add text to the bottom of each email you send, without having to add it each time. Think of it as a letterhead or personal stationary for email. Customize your email messages by adding your contact information or words of wisdom to your email tag.

Log into your email account.

Click "Options" at the top right of the page, then select "More Options" from the drop-down menu.

Select "Signature" from the list along the left side of the screen.

Click in the circle to the left of the words "Show a signature on all outgoing messages."

Write your tag in the empty box and click "Save Changes" toward the top-left of the page.
