You can transfer email messages to another person or email account without having to tediously open and forward each message individually. Simply send all the email files as an attachment in one simple email. This can be done with any email program, whether the program is on your computer or web-based.
Open your email program and locate the messages you want to transfer.
Drag and drop the files onto the desktop. This will make them easy to locate and identify.
Open a new email and address it to the person or account to which you wish to transfer it.
Attach the email messages on the desktop to the new message and indicate what they are concerning in the body of the email.
Hit "Send." If your email client says your attachment is too large, try splitting the messages into two or three batches.
